Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using VoiceDot, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceDot lets you record and place voice messages on an interactive 3D globe. You can listen to other users' pins and leave comments. The service is provided "as is".

Authentication may be performed via Google Sign-In. By choosing to sign in with Google, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use VoiceDot. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, stream, and display it for the operation of VoiceDot.

This license is limited to operating, maintaining, and improving features within VoiceDot. It does not transfer your ownership and does not permit use of your content outside the service without your separate permission.

You agree not to post:

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy
• Spam or automated content
• Impersonation

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in VoiceDot, including software, design, branding, and content structure, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

6. AI/ML Use Restriction

User-submitted content on VoiceDot, including audio recordings and comments, may not be scraped, collected through automated means, mined (including text and data mining), downloaded in bulk, republished, or used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build machine learning or AI models without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

This restriction applies to bots, crawlers, agents, and any other automated systems.

7. Moderation

We may remove content that violates these Terms. Users can report pins and comments. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceDot is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.

10. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
